In honor of March’s Women’s History Month, The Mad Hatters Galley selected and featured the works of Brea along with 12 other women artists to showcase their talents in celebration of Virginia Woolf’s famous essay “A Room Of Her Own”. Written nearly a century ago, Woolf argued that creative women need time, space, and economic freedom to truly thrive.

The exhibiting artists are: Nyssa Barrick, Juliana Coles, Mary Diesel, Helen Geglio, Linda Guenste, Sandy Hill, Barbara Houghton, Jaswant Khalsa, Heather Murphy, Abby Osborne, Brea Sargent, Leslie Toombs, and Lesli Zerr. Exhibiting artists reside in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Corrales, Las Cruces, South Bend, Indiana, and Alpine,Texas.
